Robin Brunner
I'm Robin, I live in the Allgäu region of Bavaria, and for the past few years I've been photographing people and places that move me. It all started while travelling: wherever my journeys take me around the world, my camera and drone come along, because I want to bring a little of this world's beauty closer to other people – from the ground as well as from above.
That eye for unfamiliar landscapes gradually turned into a wish to capture other people's moments too, big and small.
I work with natural light, minimal staging, and a lot of patience for the right moment. Whether on a mountain summit, at a celebration, or in the middle of everyday life, my aim is to capture real situations rather than produce posed pictures.
When I'm not out on a shoot, you'll usually find me outdoors: hiking, planning the next trip, or standing by the window with my camera when the light happens to be right.
